Join us in an experience of Te Tairawhiti Gisborne’s own fully protected marine reserve at Pouawa Beach, along SH35.

Note: Unfortunately, the weather postponed the event set on the 11 March to the 25th March.

The community day will provide a coastal marine adventure that includes snorkelling amongst the reef life and guided walk tours along the hillside for a bird’s eye view of the reserve and history of the area. Free hire of any equipment such as wetsuits, mask and snorkels and fins.

Arrive at 9am to register for the first snorkel group or walk tour and/or the second snorkel group or walk tour to enjoy a full day exploring our natural coastal environment.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
