Mid Canterbury Children’s Theatre once again brings you a double billing. Two shows in one!
Firstly we meet the Aristocats, a French family of the richest cats in Paris. Their evil butler tries to outwit the cats, to inherit their owner’s fortune. But Thanks to Thomas O’Malley cat, the Alley cats and an array of country animals, his plans are thwarted. A triumph of good over bad.
Next up we follow toy maker Geppetto, as he wishes for his heart to be full. The Blue Fairy guides him through the story of the puppet Pinocchio and his adventures. Pinocchio narrowly escapes being sent away on a ship forever, and returns to the toy shop where he started. Geppetto discovered his heart is already full and Pinocchio has finally become a real boy.
