Tivoli is delighted to present this edited version of the Mahara Gallery Waikanae's recent exhibition Bob Brockie, 60 Years Drawing the Line.

The exhibit was opened by architect and cartoonist Malcolm Walker.

Bob Brockie is a major New Zealand polymath, currently best-known for his regular cartoons for the National Business Review and his columns on science for the Dominion Post.

He was twice Qantas Cartoonist of the Year and in 2013 was awarded the New Zealand Order of Merit (MNZM) for 'services to science and cartooning'.

Tivoli's exhibit focuses on his cartoons, with a small number of his nature studies.

Doctor Bob's PhD Thesis was on hedgehogs.
His autobiography Brockie, A Memoir in Words, Cartoons and Sketches (2015) is available.
