Al Brown is an iconic New Zealand chef, much loved for his restaurant Depot, his Best Ugly bagel shops, his best-selling books Go Fish and Stoked among others and his groundbreaking approach to New Zealand food. He's a leader and a cheerleader for New Zealand produce and cooking.

Al will be touring in October to introduce his new book “Eat Up New Zealand”. Come and hear Al chat about what makes our local cuisine special, and get him to sign a copy of his new cookbook. A great afternoon with a talk followed by Mount Edward Wine and Nibbles.
