This exclusive Wellness Retreat held at Hawke’s Bay’s stunning Ormlie Lodge will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated and pampered. Limited to just six people, spend the weekend with Dr Melissa Vetter and the team from The Works as they help you find your ‘reset’ button. With the aim to ‘nourish your mind and body to move through life’ this will be a weekend of luxury and enlightenment. You’ll enjoy the freshest Hawke’s Bay produce all prepared without gluten, dairy or sugar. Top nutritionist Phillpa Page will provide guests with tips to improve your diet and help you to discover what foods you might want to avoid to improve your health. Expert yoga and pilates instructors will take you through sessions designed to enhance your state of bliss and further encourage relaxation. For a full program see below.

Saturday
9 am - Arrival, check into your rooms, receive bounty of Hawke’s Bay produce in your gift pack
10 am - Welcome with Morning Tea designed around healthy snack food using local produce
10.30 am - 11.45am - Seminar from Nutritionist Phillipa Page on foods that heal from the inside out and the benefits of eating fresh, local produce
12 pm Lunch by Chef Andy Glover (gluten/dairy/sugar-free)
1 pm - 3pm Rest & Digest
3 pm - 4.30pm 90min Pilates and meditation class (take away a copy of the home care program)
6.30 pm Three-course dinner by Andy Glover, showcasing local produce with matching wines

Sunday
8 am - Morning yoga session
9 am - Breakfast (delicious gluten/dairy/sugar - recipe included)
10.30 - 12 pm - Seminar by Wellness practitioner Debbie Stiver on food intolerance and its effects and the latest information on how to test for certain intolerances.
12.30 pm Lunch by Andy Glover (gluten/dairy/sugar-free food)
