Every performance at Pop-up Globe finishes with a rousing jig, a way of bringing the actors and audience together to celebrate and acknowledge the play they have just experienced together. Join Megan Adams (Queen's Company Movement Director) and Kasina Campbell (Associate Director and Movement Choreographer for Much Ado About Nothing) for a morning of dance on stage at Pop-up Globe these school holidays. You will learn a section of the Pacific flavoured jig from Much Ado About Nothing and a section of the Middle Eastern Folk influenced jig from Othello. By the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to perform these two jigs on the Pop-up Globe stage.

This is an all ages and abilities workshop so grab your kids, grandparents, friends, partners and meet us on stage to dance the jig.

Please bring water/ stretchy clothing/ Lavalava or Sarong if you can.
