2-hour class. Cook & Eat.

Sample cuisines from some of your favourite ethnic cultures and share the tastes and flavours of delicious treats from around the globe. New ‘Fast & Fresh’ class format is ‘Cook & Taste’ – will include a short demonstration by chef of how to prepare and cook your seafood then head to the hands-on classroom to starting cooking. Chef will be on hand to help you work through your ‘Street Eat’ recipes.

Class Menu:
- Tunisian style fish with a tomato and capsicum sauce with crusty bread.
- BBQ scallops, chorizo and red onion in a bao bun.
- BBQ fish kebabs in lime and ginger marinade.

Complimentary beverage on arrival. Bar open from 5:30pm. Class starts promptly at 6pm.
