Fermented foods are so amazing Essential for a healthy gut and strengthening the immune system. In this workshop we'll cover the basics of fermented foods, learning about their benefits to your gut health. We will make a sauerkraut and discuss various variations and interesting creations you can do. We will discuss making Kimchi, fermented nut-cheeses, fruit chutneys, water kefir, and kombucha. You will get your own kombucha scoby to take home to make kombucha at home.
