Gibbs Farm, the internationally renowned sculpture collection situated beside the expansive Kaipara Harbour, is opening its gates for us in October.

Gibbs Farm includes major works by Anish Kapoor, Graham Bennett, Chris Booth, Daniel Buren, Bill Culbert, Neil Dawson, Marijke de Goey, Andy Goldsworthy, Ralph Hotere, Sol LeWitt, Len Lye, Russell Moses, Peter Nicholls, Eric Orr, Tony Oursler, George Rickey, Peter Roche, Richard Serra, Kenneth Snelson, Richard Thompson, Leon van den Eijkel and Zhan Wang.

Funds raised from this event will support the work of Artists Alliance. This will enable us to continue our track record of providing essential services to the visual arts sector through advice, advocacy, mentoring, internships, and workshops for over 25 years. As a not-for-profit organisation, we work for and support the visual arts community in Aotearoa.

All proceeds go to Artists Alliance.

Add-ons: Alongside your General Admission ticket you have the option to purchase a packed lunch from the good guys at Eat My Lunch. For each of these lunches bought they’ll provide a second lunch to a kiwi kid in need.

Eat My Lunch options:
- Classic Lunch.
- Hungry Lunch.
- Gourmet Lunch.
(Eat My Lunch can cater for vegetarians at no extra cost, however, any dietary requirements such as gluten free, dairy free or vegan come at a $3 charge).

See link to the event on Artists Alliance website for a full rundown of timing and need-to-knows. Access to Gibbs Farm will be via the Barr Rd entrance only for this fundraising event. Please see event link for driving directions. Parking will be available on site. There are large lakes and ponds that will require supervision with children (if applicable) as well various animals at several locations on the property. Supervision of the children by the parents is paramount.

Please note Gibbs Farm is a private property open by appointment only on scheduled monthly visitor days bookable through their website. No entry fee is applicable when visiting Gibbs Farm by appointment; the Trustees of Gibbs Farm have generously allowed us to arrange this event as an important fundraiser to support Artists Alliance.
