Buckwheat, Millet and Quinoa, they are wholesome and nourishing and wonderful basic gluten free whole foods to create delicious recipe's! Deepen your understanding and your practical skills about gluten-free whole foods.

At this workshop, you will be given demonstrations and hands-on experience of how to prepare whole foods for optimal digestion and how to create delicious and nourishing meals, snacks and treats that the whole family will enjoy.

You will walk away with plenty of useful and practical information, a satisfied belly as well as plenty of great recipes to add to your repertoire. We will work with rice, millet corn, quinoa, and buckwheat to create wholesome nourishing meals.

You will be also given a recipe booklet and some creations to take home.
