with Muiread Douglas, Justine Laidlaw – “The Natural Bird” & Dr. Britta Noske

Muiread Douglas owner of Path to Vitality Clinic and Cultured Goodness fermented foods and beverages. Muiread is passionate about holistic living and will talk about the GAPS diet. The GAPS Diet focuses on removing foods that are difficult to digest and damaging to gut flora and replacing them with nutrient-dense foods to give the intestinal lining a chance to heal and seal.

Justine Laidlaw – "Colon Cancer survivor, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Life Coach based in Tauranga. Justine loves life, makes the most of the opportunities and is certainly not afraid of change. Justine chose to have surgery for her tumor but declined her oncologists advise to have Chemotherapy and Radiation. Come and learn about Justine’s journey from sickness to wellness and learn about the 9 key principles she used towards her healing."

Dr. Britta Noske, GP, Fellow RNZCGP, trained Meditation and Nutrition Facilitator
Has a strong interest in nutritional and integrative medicine, particularly in relation to cancer management. Trained with and is a member of the Australasian College of Integrative Medicine, and the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. Britta’s own cancer diagnosis in 2010 precipitated much research into lifestyle changes for cancer which has convinced her that much can be done by anyone with a cancer diagnosis to improve their prognosis and quality of life.
