Fancy designing your own ship's badge and trying your hand at a bit of book binding? Then join us and make a nautical notebook in our latest school holiday activity.

Suitable for 3+ and just $3 per notebook.

Inspired by the Navy's competition to design a badge for our latest ship, HMNZS Aotearoa, you can create your own special badge design for the front cover of your notebook.

All good sailors have to be able to sew so we will practice our stitching skills by binding together the pages of the notebook (A6). Then all you have to do is decide what you want to use your notebook for - maybe your ship's logbook or a space to write down your 'dits' (stories) - you decide.

Sessions will run at 10:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm & 2:30pm

Some walk-up spaces maybe available but we recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the programme and due to the use of plastic needles, children will require adult assistance.
