Jumpstart has been set up as a fun and dynamic programme, ranging in the exercise options offered and including information sessions about nutrition, goal setting, behaviour change, foot care and keeping physically active.

Jumpstart is a 10-week programme. You are encouraged to attend at least 1 session a week, for 10 weeks. During the 10-weeks, you will have access to the YMCA Upper Hutt gym, to find out more, give us a call on 0800 335 666 today.
If you have recently been diagnosed with a 'higher than normal' blood sugar level, pre-diabetes or you have diabetes, this programme could be for you!
