Descriptions:
Lunchtime Pilates - All Pilates classes are mat classes, with occasional use of props. Thick Airex mats and props are provided. Great for posture core strength, balance training, improve your natural movement vocabulary, and impress yourself!

Gentle Yoga - For beginners, learning breath and body awareness, balancing, stretching and strengthening. Stand taller and feel refreshed!

Ashtanga Yoga Beginners - Ideal for bringing suppleness and strength to your body. Great for athletes of all levels.

Classes are 6 students or less, open to all levels of fitness (Beginners thru to Smarty Pants).

Private Sessions available for singles, couples, or groups.

Holistic, Postural, and Nutritional Assessments,
Individualised Strength Programs.
