Meditation & Buddhism

Learn practical meditations that help us solve the problems of daily life and find a deep inner peace and contentment that remains with us out of meditation. Each class consists of two guided meditations and an explanatory talk.

In these classes, we listen to a mp3 recording from the Monday evening Meditation & Buddhism class held at Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington in Island Bay. Informal discussion follows the recording.

Although these drop-in classes are taught as a series, each class is self-contained, so feel free to attend any one.
