Listen to a Buddhist monk who will share insights and special advice with a focus on Stress, and meditation to counteract it.

Stress is a topic we're all familiar with. Stress related to work, difficult personalities, life events, chores even family and friends. We can't seem to escape stress. What are we to do?

A very practical session. You and everyone else will BYO (stress) to this session and we'll learn to meditate to calm our minds. Feel more peaceful, balanced and focused in our daily lives.

This session is accessible and practical, whether you're new to meditation (or new to stress!) or are very familiar with these.
