You’re invited to our midweek Champagne Soiree on the deck at Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill.

We are celebrating the arrival of Didier Mariotti, Champagne Mumm Chef de Caves, who will be joining us all the way from France. In an intimate harbour setting, experience an evening of Mumm Champagne, freshly shucked Bluff oysters and rolled sushi, whilst enjoying house beats from our DJ. You will also have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the Chef de Caves himself – Didier!

Witness a live ‘Bluff Oyster Shucking’ and ‘Sushi Making’ competition between two of our amazing chefs.
