Are you interested in mindfulness for a healthy body and mind? In this four week course, you will learn how to use mindfulness in daily life. Practice breathing techniques, mindfulness of body, working with challenging situations with mindfulness and more.

Grounded in Buddhist techniques this course has been developed for all who wish to explore mindfulness and the positive effects it can bring. No experience needed, everyone is welcome.
