Come to the Wellington Museum and make your own plaster mask with artist Leda Farrow. Learn how to design, build, plaster and paint your own Monster Mask for the Lōemis Winter Festival.

All materials provided, just make sure to wear old clothes because there will be plaster and glue and paint! All ages welcome, though we ask that children be supervised by an adult at all times.

Koha entry.

On the 21st of June during the Winter Solstice, we will be parading down the waterfront with a live band to burn the Winter Effigy and invite all mask makers to attend with their finished masks.

Limited numbers, if you want to secure a place, please email Flux@experiencewellington.org.nz or send us a facebook message with your name and a contact.
