"Competing on the High-Value Food Frontiers"

No longer is delivering consumers branded “value added” food sufficient to compete in the global marketplace. In the future, successful food businesses are going to be required to design and deliver consumers innovative high-value food offerings on the frontiers of experience, technology and/or efficiency. These businesses will require highly focused and aligned value propositions, business models, and value chains. This presentation will explore this new future and provide a framework, toolkit, and examples about how to compete in it.

This is a ticketed event and tickets sell quickly so don’t miss out. Tickets are $35pp including Breakfast by Orton Tailored Cuisine.
