Pelvis is the mechanical hub of our bodies and many aches, pains and misalignments can be traced back to the pelvis.

When the pelvis is misaligned, our whole body gets affected – our lower back, upper back, shoulders, neck, hips, knees and ankles.

The correct positioning of the pelvis is crucial for spinal health, relieving lower back and sciatic pain, for proper abdominal engagement and ability to re-establish and maintain a good posture.

In this session, we will explore common yoga poses that depend on proper pelvic alignment. We will discover how subtle adjustments made in your practice can have a huge effect on how your body feels and on whether you get health benefits from the poses in your practice.

We will also learn a simple pelvic reset technique that brings pelvis into a more balanced state. Using this technique regularly will improve your overall body alignment, your posture and will help with muscular imbalances which might cause pain in the buttock, sacroiliac joint, outer thigh, inner thigh, hip joint pain or knee/ankle discomfort.
