Learn how to sharpen and care for your knives in this practical hands-on class taught by our chef tutors in our professional kitchen. You will then use your newly sharpened knives to learn a variety of vegetable cuts and useful skills to transform your prowess in the kitchen. Using those vegetables, you will prepare two dishes that you can take home afterwards.

Our small classes and one-on-one tutor support provide a memorable, fun and worthwhile experience in the kitchen, and you will gain skills you can use again and again.

Your session includes:
- Knife Sharpening Tutorial.
- Practical knife skills session.
- All ingredients to prepare something special.

This Sharpen Up class also includes W&F Celebration General Admission entry until 6 pm Sunday - including all wine tastings, cookery demonstrations and a range of complimentary nibbles and snacks.
