Project approaches for a complex world is the presentation topic for the Wellington Branch of Project Management Institute of New Zealand (PMINZ) September professional development and networking event.

Non-PMINZ members are welcome to attend for a small charge of $20 which covers a drink, nibbles, networking opportunities, and the presentation. The presentation will start at 6pm.

The presentation will cover different tools for assessing project complexity, how agile approaches work, and how they can complement your current approach.

The presenter, Carl Weller, is a Principal Consultant at Equinox IT who specialises in project delivery, project IQA, and training in agile project management and development methods. He holds a PMP and is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Leader and Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner.
