Course Overview:
The two-day Project Management Techniques (PMT) course is an introduction to Professional Project Management and is perfect for anyone who is new to the profession or needs a refresher on best practice in the industry.

This course is designed to familiarise business professionals with project management knowledge and skills for both technical and administrative projects. Course material is designed for any industry, big or small. The open forum allows opportunities to learn how other businesses are doing, and to compare business processes against best practise.

The PMT course is targeted at new and emerging project managers as well as managers, technical specialists and project team members.
