Making clothes pegs with local hazel - Foundation 1 GreenWoodWorking (GWW). This workshop is not just about pegs, it is instead the beginning of you becoming a skilled greenwood-worker!

This workshop will give you the technique for making your own clothes pegs from locally harvested hazel rods, so you will go home with new skills and a few pegs to cherish and use! This workshop will also introduce you to greenwood-working, and to the tools and techniques of this wonderful craft.

This course is a pre-requisite to the Foundation 2 GWW: Spoon-carving workshop.

Once you have done this course you will be able to join the 'Peg-Makers Guild' so that you can keep coming to sessions to build up your peg supply. You'll also be able to go on and do the Foundation 2 GWW: Spoon-carving workshop.

There are 6 places available in this workshop and booking is essential, and non-refundable.
