This is the best place to start Salsa from. Beginners Salsa classes are for absolute beginners, with a first free class. So if you are new and would like to learn how to dance Salsa, this class is for is the place to start. Latin dancing is a great way to have fun, keep fit and meet lots of new people.

In this class, the basics of Latin dancing is covered with Salsa. You will learn salsa techniques, partnering and Salsa single and half turn patterns. After completion of beginners, Salsa you will then progress to the Improvers level then to Intermediate and above levels. For pricing and all other details see our website.

What is Salsa?
Salsa is a dance for Salsa music, originating from Cuba, Puerto Rico & NY, it has now risen to the status of a world dance. Salsa dancing mixes African & European dance influences through the music and dance fusions that are the roots of Salsa. Today Salsa is a very modern dance that is influenced by other styles of modern dancing. Salsa can be a heavily improvised lead & follow street styled or freestyle partner dance.
