Inspirare will be presenting the final concert of their 2nd season, Symmetry.

The ensemble will be focusing the the cycle of life and death. This will be presented through the metaphors of winter and spring.

There are several major items in this concert: Mid-Winter Songs by Morten Lauridsen, Suite de Lorca by Einojuhani Rautavaara, World Premiere of Afternoon on a Hill by Jeffrey Derus, and both of Inspirare's commissions, If I Could Give by Jeffrey Derus and Hutia te rito, arranged by Zachary J. Moore.

Inspirare will be joined by Blue Notes, one of the Silver medalist choirs from 2016 and 2017 The Big Sing. They are one of the premiere choruses at Tawa College and under the direction of Isaac Stone, a member of Inspirare.

The finale of this programme will feature both ensembles performing The Promise of Living from The Tender Land, an opera by Aaron Copland.
