Giulio Sturla, chef and owner of the Cuisine Restaurant of the Year 2015 Roots in Lyttelton and Stan Tawa, cooking tutor from Ara and the acclaimed catering coordinator for Te Matatini 2015, will guide you through the “Nose to Tail” concept. This approach involves preparing and consuming as many parts of an animal as possible to avoid waste and to explore new taste sensations. Kate Meads will MC this exciting one-off event and provide tips on how to avoid household food waste.

You must purchase a ticket for everyone you wish to attend (i.e partners etc.) as we have limited seating for this event.

You do not need to print off your tickets, we have the ability to scan your ticket off of your smartphone/device as you arrive at the workshop.
