The knowledge that you gain is going to be helpful for you now, and in 10. 20. 30 years. You'll get to share these no nonsense insights with your Daughter's, Granddaughter's and friends, so that they too can step into their healthiest lives.

Think you already know it all? Well you could be right. There is a never ending stream of podcasts, webinars, magazine articles and free e-books waiting for you at any moment. So you eat clean, attempt to get enough sleep, do some walking but somehow you are still tired, stressed out and completely bewildered with your body? Let me shed the light on what is going on in the background for women, not just in terms of their hormones, but also the many roles we juggle and how we prioritise ourselves (or not!).

Of course I'm also going to give you several solid ways to discover your own most urgent areas for attention and how to keep true to your own goals. I am also going to share a 5 minute trick for instant calm and resolve that will help you be true to yourself and have direct benefits for your nervous system, hormonal health and physical heart.

This is the first of a monthly meetup, and covers the basics that will delve deeper into in coming months.
