“The Tears of Our Ancestors” – Nga Roimata o Tatou Tipuna.

Opening Night - August 28th 5:30-7pm everybody welcome.
A joint exhibition by three artists currently working together.

Raphael Stowers- has been a traditional carver for 20 years training under Riki Manuel among others. Raphael does both traditional and contemporary Maori and Pacifica designs.

Adrian Boardman- has a passion for traditional and contemporary Maori art. Adrian carves, paints, draws and weaves. His passion is for traditional Maori musical instruments which he creates and plays in many different materials…bone, wood, shell etc.

Michelle Boardman- weaves. Traditional and contemporary. She loves playing with textiles and mixed media.
