We are pleased to invite you to our Ecumenical Pilgrimage Day. A bus will leave Vaughan Park, North Shore for Mercy Spirituality Centre where after morning tea we will have a presentation on “What is Pilgrimage?”

Pilgrims often use song to help them on their journey, so Fr Chris Skinner will teach us his very own pilgrimage song for use on the next step of the journey. After a quiet time, or walk in the garden we will then embark on the journey by bus to Vaughan Park.

Here, after lunch, a presentation on “Pilgrimages Today” will be given by Rev. Iain Gow who will share his El Camino experience with us. An ecumenical service of reflection will be held before the bus returns to Mercy Spirituality Centre.

Facilitators: Rev. Iain Gow & Fr Chris Skinner sm.

Bus leaves Vaughan Park at 9am with a pick-up point at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Takapuna (9:10am).

If you live centrally, meet at Mercy Spirituality Centre at 9:30am. A bus ride will take us to Vaughan Park for lunch and then return to Mercy Spirituality Centre at approx 4:45pm.
Fee For one, $55 incl. bus and catering.
For two, $100 incl. bus and catering.
