Enjoy a morning classical concert by two of the younger members of the brilliant Wellington Verner family: Aziel on violin, briefly home from his studies at the National University of Singapore and brother Asaph, accompanying him on piano.

Aziel Verner (21):
Aziel began music studies in Wellington at age six. His talent was clear from a young age as he started winning violin competitions. Aziel then went on to win a scholarship to Singapore's prestigious Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. He has just completed the first two years of the four-year Honours course and recently won First Prize in the Conservatory's concerto competition (higher strings).

Asaph Verner (22):
Asaph took piano and violin lessons for fourteen years before deciding to pursue a different career path, gaining a double degree in Law and Commerce at Victoria University. However, music has a special place in his life and he enjoys having the opportunity to perform whenever he has the time.
