"Easy entertaining for the busy person" or a "Kiwi summer Christmas with a traditional twist". Join the team at Wallingford for a weekend of cooking demonstrations with our executive chef Charlotte Robinson.

Executive Chef:
Your executive Chef Charlotte Robinson is from England, where she served a time as private function chef for the United Kingdom Cabinet. Charlotte has extensive catering experience running large events here in New Zealand and abroad.

Charlotte has received the New Zealand Beef & Lamb excellence award every year since 2008, and she excels at cooking New Zealand grown meat and produce to a Cordon Bleu standard.

Charlotte will reinvigorate your passion for food as she takes you through two days of easy to prepare meal options including those fit for guests with special dietary requirements.

Two Day Courses and a night at Wallingford with all meals included:
- Course 1: October 28/29 "Easy entertaining for the busy person"
- Course 2: December 2/3 "A Kiwi Summer Christmas meal with a traditional twist"

Courses are $499 per person including accommodation and meals.
