Do you find that the demands of your job or lifestyle exceed your resources? Can you feel burnout trying to creep up on you? It’s hard for us to identify our needs and take power over our situation when we have too much work on and not enough support.

Burnout is a chronic emotional response to severe work demands, which can lead to major health issues, can impact on our sense of identity, and can make for a hard and scary chapter in our lives. And yet it’s a really common experience!

How can we learn from previous burnout stories, and how can we regain lost energy and recover from experiences that can leave us feeling burned?

Let’s come together to recognise our warning signals for burnout approaching, and to imagine a culture where we don’t have to get to a crisis point before we feel courageous enough to ask for help or to make a change to our lifestyle for wellbeing.

At CoLiberate, we love talking about what it takes to make wellbeing a priority. This is one from a series of wānanga offering a safe and facilitated space where we can come together to unpack our wellness experiences and learn from one another. Join us for a cuppa and a conversation about what's on top, share tools and tips and listen.
