Inspiration and connection helps us find deeper motivation and brings buoyancy to keep us afloat within emotional challenges. A surprise sense of connection, or a stroke of inspiration when you’re least expecting it might be the thing that makes you feel best about yourself, your choices, and your world.

But what about when inspiration doesn’t happen organically? How can we seek these important factors of our wellbeing without ‘faking it’?

Disconnection can be just as self-perpetuating as connection is - so how can we help ourselves back to deriving sustenance and strength when we are least able to believe in the transformation that inspiration and connection can bring?

Let’s understand our unique ways of staying connected and inspired so we are better equipped to know where to go when we are starting to feel isolated.

At CoLiberate, we love talking about what it takes to make wellbeing a priority. This is one from a series of wānanga offering a safe and facilitated space where we can come together to unpack our wellness experiences and learn from one another. Join us for a cuppa and a conversation about what's on top, share tools and tips and listen.
