The development of scientific thinking in children, why is it important, when should it start and how can it be done?

Come and hear from Chris Duggan, the Founder and National CEO of House of Science NZ to find the answers at this breakfast event.

Chris is an outstanding educator and passionate about enabling “hands-on” science teaching in primary schools across New Zealand.

Following Chris, we will hear from some of the regions Science teaching stars, including:

- Dianne Christenson –Koraunui School – the most recent and first primary teacher to receive the Prime Minister’s Science Prize.
- Ailsa Webb – Tawa School (ex-Wilford) - winner of the 2016 TVA Award for Excellence in Science Teaching.
