In the year 2017, I will continue to teach Wu Style Taichi 28 Forms.

Taichi is a traditional Chinese Martial Arts. It moves slow and graceful, it can make your body stronger, improve balancing, release pain. Especially for elder people. The movement is not aggressive so do not worry about getting injured when practicing Taichi. Actually, it can strengthen your muscles and joints, improve your body balance. By practicing continuously, you can have better life quality. Many Taichi masters are long lives.
