Whether you are already a regular exerciser and seeking greater flexibility, or beginning your journey into yoga and seeking mental calm and strong mind/body, this class is for you.

There will be an emphasis on correct alignment and whole-body integration, without haste. This maximises the strength, flexibility and safety benefits.

Your teacher Claire, will give plenty of options for any physically demanding parts of the class, so that you can work within your own capacities. Each traditional yoga class includes mindful breathing, yoga poses and relaxation. You'll be given the chance to make positive intentions for the week ahead and embed them into your mind for extra motivation.

Yoga offers relief from body aches and pains, increased flexibility and strength. Yoga releases physical and mental tension, promotes correct breathing, and optimal digestive and hormonal function. Yoga increases blood supply to the tissues and organs of your body, removing stagnation, and promoting vitality and health.
