In this 3hr workshop you will learn how to use Yoga to support your running aspirations.

We will cover:
- Alignment & Mobility: Learn how to apply the postural principles of Yoga to your running, and go through a pre-run mobility practice using Yoga poses.

- Running with Yoga: We will go for a run outside, and apply the Yoga alignment principles to your running posture (hopefully you will run faster easier!).

- Post-run Yoga practice: Discover and apply some basic and practical Yoga poses to help maintain your mobility. We will also go through some introductory breathing and relaxation practices to support your recovery. Beginners welcome, but it’s not for everyone.

This is an introductory Yoga course, you do not have to have any Yoga experience. This workshop is perfect for runners without injuries.
