AJHRS, AtoJs, Appendices… ever wondered what these were, what they contain or how best to search them?

Join Melanie Lovell-Smith, who’ll cover what was published in the Appendices and share some tips on how to get the best results when you search online.

If you’ve ever wondered what the gloriously named Appendices to the Journals of the House of Representatives are, or what they contain, come and find out. Join one of the Library’s Digitisation Advisors, Melanie Lovell-Smith, who’ll briefly cover what was published in the Appendices and share some tips on how to get the best results when searching online.

Currently working with the Digitisation Team at the National Library, Melanie previously worked for 12 years as a researcher on Te Ara: Encyclopedia of New Zealand, and before that, for Heritage New Zealand. Before the AJHRs became available online in 2010, she had spent a lot of time developing her arm muscles searching through the physical volumes.
