In today’s society as life becomes more demanding, we sometimes think that the only answer to a healthier self is to lose weight or get fit. Deep down we know it is not the only way to get back on a healthy track and this motivational course will help remind you of the different pillars that help maintain balance in life.

Over eight weeks, eight pillars that affect individuals mentally, emotionally and physically will be covered for you to apply to your life.

Drop into the weeks that interest you the most or book into the entire course for a lifestyle overhaul.

Saturdays: 11am – 12pm + optional Q & A from 12 -12.30pm
7 April - Self Care - What does Self Care mean to you? Do you make time in the day to take care of yourself? In this pillar we will look at how Self Care can affect us in a positive way. And what little things we can do to help us work towards a self care routine.

14 April - Empowered Eating - When you think about food and eating what is the first thing that comes to mind? In this pillar we are going to focus on our individual relationship with food. And how we can approach our out look with food in a different manner.

21 April - Hydration Wave - Do you think you drink enough water? How do you think hydration affects your body? In the pillar of Hydration Wave. We will look at how hydration affects our body and ideas to help keep your hydration up for the individual you.

28 April - Movement4Health - Do you have a hard time creating movement through enjoyment? In this pillar we will talk about the effects of creating movement in an enjoyment manner rather than forcing yourself to move to be healthy you.

5 May - Rest & Sleep Routine - Do you struggle with sleep? In this pillar we will go through how sleep affects us and looking at creating ourselves a sleep routine, just like a baby.

12 May - Stress Management - How do you manage your stress? Managing our stress is just as effective as eating the right foods to be you best healthy you. In this pillar we will go through how stress affects our beautiful body and what things we can do to help us through the hard times.

19 May - Brain Health - Do you exercise your brain like you exercise your body? In this pillar we will go through how important exercising our brain is. And what things you can do to keep your brain healthy.

26 May- Live Consciously - Have you ever notice how your environment can affect you? In this pillar we will go through different types of environments like, home, office, relationships and our skin. Seeing how we can shed things, move things around or keeping things clear and clean can make a difference.

$130 for entire course (includes notebook & pen) or $25 drop in per pillar (subject to availability)
