Be the BBQ master with our full days workshop on creating a BBQ banquette.

Marinading, brining, smoking. Summer salads and sensational dishes. Hot tips and recipes. An interactive demonstration workshop followed by indulging in all the dishes at a long table banquette with local beers and wines to match.

Workshop is from 10am - approx 4pm.

40 minutes drive from Christchurch or a 7-minute ferry from Lyttelton & 10-minute walk.
