Sunday Yin is will be lit entirely by candlelight helping you to balance your emotions, still the mind and open the deep connective tissues in the body using various yin asanas (poses).

A deep meditative, often profound practice that involves surrendering and exploring asanas (poses) for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system.

Yin yoga is passive yoga practice that’s mostly floor-based and is perfect for anyone that wants some time to chill out, tune in and find balance.

Your facilitator Belinda is a dedicated yin yoga teacher who who cultivates a safe learning environment that foster’s curiosity and brings more awareness to how you move and think.

Candlelit yin is suitable for all levels - first timers and experienced.

Please note the Tickle My Feet Yoga scheduled classes close for NZ school holidays on Saturday 7th July and re-open on Monday 23rd July.

Although our studio drop in classes take a break, we do run private sessions and 'feel-good' events during this time.
