Is there a bad habit you would love to get rid of? Cathie will give you research based guidance and skills to stop your unwanted habit. A bad habit is when you do the same undesired action repeatedly without much thought. Please note the distinction between bad habits and giving in to the temptation to do a range of different ‘bad’ things.

Examples of ‘bad habits’ are eating too much or eating unhealthy food, spending too much time on-line, nail biting, regularly over-spending, regularly staying up too late, checking your phone too often. So that you can start taking practical actions from the very first session, you will be sent pre-course information to read and the first session will be ½ hour longer than the following ones.
