Pakuranga Choral Society welcomes Christmas with a varied seasonal program of choral music.
The choir is lead by the enthusiastic and talented Bronwyn Harrison, a local, who has returned to live after 16 years residing in the UK.

John Rutter’s “Star Carol” and “I wish You Christmas” are sure to delight as are two pieces by John Gardner “ Tomorrow Shall Be My Dancing Day” and “The Holly And The Ivy".

Also included are two from composer and our resident conductor, David Hamilton. These are “We Three Kings” composed in 2016 and the “Carol Of The Pohutukawa” composed especially for this concert.

Baritone, James Harrison will also join the choir singing two favourite Christmas songs. The choir, and two of James Harrison’s pupils from Macleans College will perform movements from Vivaldi’s “Gloria”.

Special guests Howick Intermediate School Choir will sing under the direction of Christina Bevan.
And there’ll also be an opportunity to sing a couple of your favourite Christmas Carols. A festive family concert not to be missed.
