Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, 203 Kohimarama Rd, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This course starts on Monday 11 June 2018. Classes are 6 - 9pm over four Mondays.

Learn to cook authentic Italian food as it is supposed to be in the original and classic recipes, such as home-made pasta and pizza, focaccia, lasagna, carbonara and potato gnocchi to name a few.

You will be able to make family meals from simple ingredients, learn different styles and flavours, understand different food cultures and understand how real classic recipes should be done. Each evening you will cook several dishes and get to enjoy the food.

Course fee includes all ingredients. Bring your pasta roller machine if you have one.
