We all claim to know what value is. The term is commonly used in everyday business speak however it seems to confuse many.

Attend this event, presented by Iain Fraser (and hosted by the Wellington branch of PMINZ) and explore multi-dimensions of what value is and why we should be focusing on it.

Value creation and value capture are critical elements towards becoming a high-performing organisation. Different types and elements of value offer more robust input into strategy as well as guiding higher outcomes from investments made. The presentation will introduce a value management framework for creating, capturing, and sustaining business value across any organisation.

Globally known for his expertise, Iain has over 30 years of global portfolio, program, and project experience from a variety of sectors. Today he is an author, speaker/trainer and professional director. He has featured on live radio, video and podcasts and is often quoted in the print media including The Times and The Telegraph.

Iain is the author of the business book ‘The business of portfolio management – boosting organisational value’ that was published globally in mid-2017.

Non-PMI New Zealand Chapter members are welcome to attend for a small charge of $20 which covers a drink, nibbles, networking opportunities, and the presentation.

The doors open at 5:15pm and the presentation will start at 6pm.
