Categories to enter: (Entries are open now for the following).

Repurpose (two age groups) - Recycle any used items or materials in to a wearable outfit. Two age groups Year 1-8 and Year 9-13 (please specify on your entry form which group). You can make a wearable outfit from any materials or product that has previously been used.

For example: milk bottles, newspapers, clothing, bedding,tyres etc, as long as it is being recycled. It can be glued, stapled etc, it doesn’t have to be sewn.

Consumption - Use packaging supplied by Pak n Save suppliers to create a garment, open to students and adults.

The packaging is supplied by Pak n Save suppliers. It must be collected from Lesley Fleming (contact 021479081 or 073781867).

The supplied product must be made into a wearable creation. The suppliers sponsor this category by donating money to Hospice, so they want to see their product suitably displayed.

Rags to Riches - Buy a hospice shop outfit and turn it into a wearable magical to adults and students.

Create a wearable magical creation. Let your imagination and creativity run wild. Photos of the original item/s must be sent with your entry form

Refurbishment - If sewing isn’t your thing- buy a household item from Hospice Shop and refurbish with a twist, open category, men very welcome!

A new category for those not into sewing wearable creations but still love to create! Buy any household item at the hospice shop and refurbish/repurpose the item.

Such as furniture, baby items, household décor, etc .It must be able to be on display at the event on 6th September. There is an option of it being sold on the night by auction. You set a reserve and if it sells for more, then the proceeds go hospice fundraising. A photo of the original item needs to be sent with your entry form.
