Do you want to connect more with your body but aren’t sure how to get started?
Curvy Yoga© is a body affirming practice for people of all shapes and sizes. During this series Karen will help you explore your relationship with your body and help you learn how to meet its needs, exactly as it is today.
The Curvy Yoga Series consists of a 2 and a half hour workshop on followed by four 1-hour classes.
The workshop will include:
- Yoga practice
- Pranayama (breath work)
- Guided meditation
- Journaling
- Group discussion
Each week after the workshop, for 4 weeks, you will get together for a further one hour class to practice poses, meditate and share experiences.
Show yourself some kindness and meet Karen on the mat!
Beginners are welcome; no Yoga experience or flexibility is necessary and there will be no headstands, handstands, legs over the head or splits in this workshop!
