We all know that diet is key to living a nourishing and healthy life. However, sometimes it’s not always easy to know how to put knowledge into practice! Join us for a workshop and learn how to introduce fermented foods and drinks into your diet.

These foods are full of healthy probiotic bacteria to help improve digestion, immunity and overall health. If you suffer from digestive disorders like gas and bloating, colitis, IBS, constipation, candida or leaky gut and even struggle with fatigue and weight issues, a probiotic diet may help improve these difficulties.

Phillipa Page will discuss the benefits and importance of fermented foods and Chef, Bjorn Schuffelen demonstrate how to make these foods, so they are easy to implement into your day-to-day life.

Tickets include tastings, recipes, and a take home jar of fermented vegetables.
